Due to the digital nature of our training programs, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that results matter, and we offer refunds under the following specific conditions:
To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you did not make progress on the program. This requires submitting video evidence of yourself completing an exercise from Week 1 (and you must do this during the first week of you being on the program) and an exercise from Week 4 of the program (now sent on week 4). Refund requests must be submitted to san@stiglersystems.com along with the required video evidence. Refund requests that do not include the required documentation will not be considered. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
